Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Made-to-Measure / Bespoke Orders

1.1 All bespoke products are custom-made.

1.2 Custom orders are non-refundable once manufacturing begins.

2. Cancellations Before Manufacturing

2.1 Before design approval → No cancellation fee

2.2 After design approval but before manufacturing → Design/admin fee may apply

2.3 After manufacturing begins → No refund

3. Supply-Only Orders

3.1 Supply-only orders are custom-made and non-refundable once production begins.

3.2 We are not responsible for errors due to incorrect customer-provided measurements.

4. Installation Services

4.1 Cancellation within 7 days of installation may incur a cancellation fee.

4.2 Date changes require minimum 72 hours’ notice.

5. Faulty or Damaged Goods

5.1 If items are faulty due to manufacturing defects, we will repair, replace, or reproduce the item.

5.2 We do not cover installation damage, wear and tear, or misuse.
